Two businesses, two different problems.

Each is a concept I designed to show range. The design follows how its customers would actually use the site.

Concept · Neighborhood restaurant

Lucarelli's Pizza

Most visitors are on a phone, hungry, and deciding fast. The site has one job: get them from craving to order.

Concept · Home services company

Summit Home Services

People land here with something broken, often on a phone in the moment. The site turns “what’s wrong?” into a request in three taps.

1Choosing the problem is the first step of the quote, not a menu to read.
2Three short steps with visible progress, so nobody abandons a long form.
3Calling is one tap away on every screen, so nobody hunts for a number.

One redesign, before and after.

Concept

A concept barbershop website shown before and after a redesign. The original hides booking, contact details and prices and does not work on phones. The redesign leads with booking, shows walk-in status and a call button first, lists prices plainly, and keeps actions in reach on a phone.
