Packages start at $799, $1,499 and $2,499 depending on size and complexity. Those are starting prices. Your quote is based on page count, content, features and integrations, and you will see it in writing before anything starts.
It depends on scope, how quickly content is ready, and how involved the features are. A small site with content ready to go moves much faster than a large site that still needs copy and photos. You will get a realistic estimate once scope is agreed.
Usually yes: your services, business details, photos and any copy you already have. I will tell you exactly what is needed and help organize it. Professional copywriting and extensive content production can be added as separately scoped work.
Yes. Redesigns are a big part of the work. We look at what your current site does well, what is holding it back, and what can be carried forward.
Yes. Every site is designed for phones, tablets and desktops, and tested across common screen sizes before launch.
Every site is built with technical SEO foundations so search engines can find and understand it. Where you rank depends on many factors outside any designer’s control, like competition, reviews, your Google Business Profile and content over time. No ranking is guaranteed.
Not by default. Hosting and domain costs are separate unless your quote explicitly includes them. I will recommend options that fit your site and explain the ongoing cost before you commit.
No. The website build is a project price. Maintenance plans are optional monthly services, and any hosting or third-party subscriptions are billed by those providers.
Depending on the plan: health checks, applicable software updates, uptime monitoring and backups where the platform supports them, security maintenance, email support, and a set amount of minor content updates each month.
Yes. Small changes are covered by a maintenance plan’s monthly update time. Without a plan, or for larger changes, work is quoted or billed separately.
Extra pages can be added to any package. Features like online ordering, booking, memberships or custom integrations are scoped and priced separately so you know the cost up front.
Ownership of the domain, website files, hosting and third-party accounts is spelled out in writing before the project begins. My recommendation is that you register your domain in your own name, but the specifics depend on the agreement we make.
Yes. If you already own a domain, the new site can be connected to it. You will need access to your domain registrar account, or someone who has it.
I will tell you before doing the work, explain why it falls outside scope, and give you a price. Nothing extra is added to your bill without your approval.
